{PRAISE}

I came to Chach feeling being broken, powerless, and lost about how to move toward anything I want or share any of my gifts, and each time we've met she's helped me to see how whole, powerful, and wise I really am and with how much to show. She has the rare skill to see and reflect someone like me, a queer and highly sensitive trans woman survivor of trauma, and the analysis to know when my self-judgements are internalized oppression and offer a way of seeing things that centers my own goodness and power rather than the dominant narrative. I can mark a shift in my becoming more powerful than what has hurt me to the time I started seeing Chach, and I'm inspired to carry on that work. Thank you so much; you are amazeballs <3

I approached Chach at Grit & Grace Coaching because I was feeling stuck and overwhelmed by my daily experiences. I needed to have more direction and clarity about my life and relationship goals. Seeing that Chach has a diverse and extensive background with social working and radical acceptance, I trusted the opportunity being presented. In the beginning of my sessions I would arrive with uneasy feelings and leave the call feeling organized, encouraged, validated, and inspired. I experienced Chach guiding me to listen to myself in a gentle yet assertive way by simplifying my goals in a more reachable manner. I really appreciated being given a safe space to share all of my self-imposed and societal blocks without fear of judgement. I was given clear reflection, empathy, and ice-breaking humor when processing frustrating patterns of mine.

Grit and Grace coaching was by far the best experience I have had in a life coaching atmosphere. Chach allows us (the group) to really become vulnerable and held space for different challenges we were facing at the time. Through accountability and creative materials, we were able to launch into a in depth discovery of ourselves, with compassion and grace. Once goals and attainable ideals were discussed, I left the group feeling motivated and ready to attain my goal. My progress was followed up several weeks later, where I called Chach and she held space for over 45 mins for the things that were happening in my life, giving important feedback and redirecting my thoughts skillfully. I am very grateful for Chach and what she did for me, and even 6 months later, I still use these tools. Thank you so much Grit and Grace coaching! My life is so much better now that I have utilized your services!

In every session I was met with consistent respectful boundaries and an appropriate bond from Chach. I admire and connected with her ability to share her life experiences through offering guidance and also learning the individual needs of mine in an ever-evolving practice. I highly recommend the services Chach offers to anyone who is willing to show up for their own life in the ways that ultimately need to be cultivated from within. Thank you from the deepest parts of my heart and mind for your time and space.
